Equipping vulnerable families to become land and homeowners

We pioneer solutions to end the global housing crisis by empowering families to become land and homeowners in thriving communities.

The housing crisis requires smart solutions families want and can afford.

About 1.8 billion people live without adequate housing. We’re in a global housing crisis — and it’s keeping millions of families, especially women and kids, from reaching their full potential.

We're on a mission to change this story by bringing market-based solutions to those who need them most. Our strategy focuses on making land accessible for families in Latin America so they can buy property, build creditworthiness, and unlock home financing.

Families are no longer charitable beneficiaries — they’re  participants in their journey out of poverty and into housing.

Growing net worth

When low-income families can secure land, their net worth grows with time. In Etzatlán, Mexico, families who purchased land increased their net worth 2x over four years.

Not your traditional charity

We empower vulnerable families to become active participants in a market where they can access and afford quality housing.
